2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for online courses, digital content, and related services concluded via the website of GPS360 ACADEMY. By booking a course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Description of Services
GPS360 ACADEMY offers online courses, digital learning content, and virtual instruction. Access to courses is granted only after full payment has been received.
4. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when a course is booked and payment has been successfully completed. After payment, the participant receives access to the booked course.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Participation in courses requires payment of course fees. Users pay a course fee to gain access to the respective online academy or booked course. Access to a course will only be activated after full payment has been received. All prices are listed on the website. Payment processing is carried out via the offered payment service providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are one-time payments per booked course and do not constitute a subscription.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Since the services consist of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB if: (1) the user expressly agrees that the execution of the contract (activation of course access) begins before the withdrawal period expires, and (2) the user confirms that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving this consent. Access will only be activated after such consent has been given during the ordering process. Once access has been granted and use has begun, withdrawal is excluded.
7. Usage Rights
All course content is protected by copyright and may only be used for personal learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment (hardware, software, browser). The provider is not liable for interruptions, delays, or disruptions caused by insufficient internet connectivity or technical problems on the user's side.
9. Understanding of Learning Content
The provided content is delivered to the best of our knowledge and belief for educational purposes. The provider does not guarantee that users will interpret, understand, or implement the content in a specific manner. No specific learning outcome or economic success is owed.
10. Liability
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
11. Data Protection
The Privacy Policy of GPS360 ACADEMY applies.
12. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
